Booking an appointment took 2 mins in total purely because of how easygoing and organised the owner is. Skipping to the actual procedure- professionalism was 10/10- the setup is perfect and hygiene is considered completely throughout every step of the process. I know most people are hesitant to get procedures like this done because of the pain likelihood but I can assure you this was pretty much painless due to the strength of the numbing cream and how comfortable I was made to feel. In terms of personality the owner is so easy to get along with and incredibly down to earth❤️ so much so that I ended up staying for an extra 40 minutes just chatting hahaha. Of course I am over the moon with the results too- I got exactly what I requested :))”

The breakfast in the morning was delicious and a lot of choice. The spa was great, the children had amazing time in the pool, we had a chance to enjoy a lovely steam room, hot tube and sauna. The water in the pools is perfect temperature too. A big thank you to Alvaro for making sure everything was perfect for us. We are really happy that we could do our weekend again, the stay was amazing.”

The location is right next to the motorway. The hotel does not have any playground, so it is quite boring for kids. Excelent breakfast buffet!”

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were crisp. The reception, breakfast and bar were all lovely. The underground was a 15 min walk away but you can also order yourself a taxi if you don’t want to walk.”

Standard breakfast served and ample parking space. It's next to the motorway and no issues with noise at all. Tiny recommendation would be about the bathroom sink - it was clogged with a few hair - something to be careful about next time.”
