The mature gentleman you meet at the entrance looks pretty miserable, so to cheer him up I would recommend you smile at him and have your appointment letter ready.”

“Just took a car lock back to Halfords West Wickham that my 86 year old mum brought, as it came without keys or instructions. The lovely lady at the till offered to replace it immediately and then was really helpful checking that my mum could use it due to the arthritis in her thumbs. My mum had been quite stressed about taking it back so the kind service was a great relief for her. Thank you!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Leonardo. We booked a double room and paid on arrival, we were then told that we had a free upgrade to a king-size room which was a wonderful surprise and very much appreciated! The rooms are clean, light, and great-sized. The bathroom has a shower and a bath, with a lovely illuminated mirror. We had water and biscuits provided every day during our stay and a working fridge which can be used. There is a bar and restaurant which we didn't use but was always busy which is a good sign, and there is a small shop with snacks and drinks should you require anything. The hotel is situated a 5 min walk from Croydon East station, and takes about 30 minutes to get into London, making it a good base in my opinion. Equally, Croydon centre is a 5 minute walk and there is an array of places to eat and drink nearby. Would stay here again and would recommend.”

“As a keen runner and cyclist I knew in the back of my mind that I should probably do some strength training, but never really got round to it. “Visited today and was met by Michael really friendly helpful man. My mum was with me and we needed 2 new tyres on her disability vehicle. Michael looked after us while we waited ensuring at all times my mum was comfortable on the chairs in reception. Michael also parked the car right by the front door once it was finished so my mum didn’t have far to walk in the rain. This guy has exceptional customer service and goes above and beyond for all clients who visit. I mentioned my amazing experience to a neighbour who funny enough had the same fantastic experience by the guy Michael.
