Samantha is so friendly and even if I don’t get to see her each week, she knows where I am regarding my recovery, as soon as I arrive and then improves my progress by the end of the session. All with praise, encouragement and getting me to believe I could get full recovery in my hand, which I don’t get from any other physio appointments I have elsewhere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! “Rooms as always were clean and beds comfortable. Great thing is if you are an IHG member you can ask for a free late check-out which we got, that's such a relief. Standard breakfast served and ample parking space. It's next to the motorway and no issues with noise at all. Tiny recommendation would be about the bathroom sink - it was clogged with a few hair - something to be careful about next time.”

“I had two sessions of laser hair removal so far - one for the face and one for full body - with Paulina and Sonia. I can genuinely say I am very happy! The ladies there are super nice and very professional. The process is quicker and much less painful than I expected, and I can see results already, as I've been shedding beard hair after just one session. Cherry on top, the prices are really good - lowest I've seen around, but by far the best laser I've had. Looking forward to more session, and to see the effects. Would totally recommend”

“Just been here for a walk in booster jab. Whole process took approx 30mins including 10 minute sit down after jab (Moderna). I phoned ahead to make sure clinic was running and was advised that queuing could be up to 2 hours as booked appts have priority. However I was told pm was quieter. Well done to all involved, fast friendly and efficient. Well done for all the hard work, the nhs app doesn't find you on the postcode search and I'm guessing with the word out there you are probably servicing most of Kent! Keep up the good work and don't let the moaners get you down. You are doing great and thanks for volunteering.”
