“Had a great day today choosing suits and shoes at the Newgate Street branch of Leonard Jay. Sales manager Alfie was very helpful, knowledgable and courteous. The suits are very varied but with Alfie’s help I chose three that I am very happy with. Off the peg with some minor adjustments and I have some great fitting suits. Very good value for money and an excellent service. What’s not to like? Thanks Alfie. I’ll recommend you to my friends. It’s all in the service! And the fabric, which is very nice indeed. Am a happy customer. I’ll be back in future.”

“Five Star Service - I went to Ecco today in search of boots and was served initially by a really nice chap and then his colleague a lady came back from break and took over looking after me. Both were extremely helpful, patient and not pushy at all. The lady was an absolute delight really understanding with my issues (I have a meniscal tear in my knee caused by balance issues). What could have been a nightmare experience turned out to be an exceptionally POSITIVE experience. I have some fab boots. Anyone who wears orthotics, this is the place to visit. “Y3 is a crazy but smart retail business. They are out there. They sell most clothing for occasions and are always up to date with fashion trends and the seasons. The quality is exquisite, the customer service is excellent; they are friendly and most helpful in there jobs. However the clothes are expensive and you should only shop here if you have at least £600 to spend. As one t-shirt is nearly £155. But overall the store is excellent.”

“I love my local Monsoon store. It is a medium size store (all on one floor) but it is well stocked. You can find a wide variety of women's clothing, shoes and accessories. The children's section is small but they have a good variety of clothes and shoes to choose from. Finally, lovely and friendly staff on hand to assist you if needed.”
