“The best customer service I have ever experienced from Ben. I had bought several pairs of shoes from both the Guildford store and from Loake directly online. I rang ahead to ask about a polishing service which Ben was happy to confirm existed. Upon arriving despite Ben knowing that there wasn’t going to be sale as such he was only to happy to spend 25 mins discussing the best way to care for your shoes and take 4 pairs of shoe in to be polished professionally. To top it off as I live locally to him he delivered them to my home. The shoes are absolutely immaculate. This is the sort of customer service that is often talked about but in my experience seldom delivered with premium brands. Ben is an absolute credit to the company and if anyone at head office actually reads this I would strongly advise you to keep hold of this young man at all costs. EXCELLENT.”

“I was going to London Town for a evening out, needed a suit urgently, so I decided to go to Moss and i was so surprised by the amazing service by the staff. Absolutely amazing. Two young lads helped me out, probably the most professional tailors I’ve seen in the business. Don’t go Saville Row, these lads are top tier. “I had a great customer service in the store, Jenn and Vlad are always very helpful every time I come in the store. However the waiting time for consigning items is very long, can take up to 45 days. I really hope this will improve in the near future. Some of my original packaging was lost-damaged when I asked for my items back. Once inside, we were able to browse and choose from decent selection that’s available. We were told they’re waiting on more inventory.
