"Myself and my fiancé visited to look for a suit for our wedding and was immediately questioned as to whether we had an appointment, we didn't mind being asked but the manor in which we were greeted and interogaited was off putting. It was an older lady with poor English and blonde hair in the store when we visited. She huffed and puffed when we enquired about suit styles and colours and wanted payment immediately from us. At one point I said 'why is this so hard?'. It appeared she didn't like that I was precise about the suit as it's the biggest day of our lives we want the suit to be perfect. She kept trying to get us to fill out forms (unsure why) and pay for everything, even though my finace didn't even try on a suit as she kept looking at her watch despite there being no one else in store and an hour until they closed. We left feeling very irritated and upset that our first experience of suit shopping was like this. She either needs to learn customer service skills or retire and put the public out of their misery!"

"We heard good things about this place but the service overall was a mess. The suits didnt fit for 75% of the male wedding party when we checked the day before. We had 4 measurements which was overkill as they got it wrong still. They were missing my pocket square for my wedding day. I was the groom so they caused alot of stress the day before and on the wedding day. The staff couldnt give us a straight answer on how many fittings there should be. Different people told us different things every time we called. The suits were good quality but the note taking and communication between staff was outdated and although they apologised due to a staff members personal issues she aws so bad that she mixed up our wedding party with another. Her english was too poor for customer service for something as important as a wedding. It was a mess. Avoid."

"Hired a suit from here for a small wedding where I needed to look extra smart. Really great quality suit and for a good price. The man who helped me was very informative and helped me find the best one. Thanks! hopefully will be back for future events soon"

"We used this shop for the men's wedding suit hire. They went above and beyond helping my paraplegic husband with a second suit which he wore to hide a body /leg frame that enabled him to stand for our wedding. He changed into the first suit once the ceremony was over."

"Do not use this place for suit hire. We had constant issues from start to finish. To begin with, there were several occasions where we had booked appointments but when we arrived our booking hadn't been written down so they weren't ready for us. When we had the final fitting they didn't have most of the products ready and they didn't have the correct details written down for the colours and types of shirts and cravats. When we picked up the suits there were holes in two of the trousers and one suit jacket was far too small and didn't even have an ironed finish with some buttons missing on the cuff. Fortunately we were able to drive round, try on all the suits and get them changed in time for our wedding. We spent a lot of money on petrol and it wasted a huge amount of our time but we weren't even offered any money back."
