"I have been isolating for many months over COVID-19. It's had a bad impact on my mental health. The first time I went out to window shopping was on Saturday 1st May. I came in Y-3 looking for an old perfume from Yohji Yamamoto. I came in for a look around but I wasn't feeling well. I ended up buying clothes and then suddenly when I realised it was a mistake, it was too late.i saw on my receipt they DON'T do refunds. I've been trying to explain to them, as well as head office: Hervia. Really stubborn and unhelpful. I'm now left with the expensive mistake and clothes I don't want . The Directors were equally stubborn and unhelpful. Such a bad experience. No one should be forced into this terrible situation and manipulation."
"Y3 is a crazy but smart retail business. They are out there. They sell most clothing for occasions and are always up to date with fashion trends and the seasons. The quality is exquisite, the customer service is excellent; they are friendly and most helpful in there jobs. However the clothes are expensive and you should only shop here if you have at least £600 to spend. As one t-shirt is nearly £155. But overall the store is excellent."
