"Have spent at least £2k in this store alone over the last half a year or so but probably won't be coming back any time soon. Today I was walking in with a drink in my hand as I usually do - I come in at least every other week as I live nearby and the store is on my way to work. I was stopped for the first time and was told I couldn't come in with my drink by their new security. I asked if I could leave it behind the propped open door while I shop, which I would assume is a reasonable request but was told no. I shrugged it off and walked out but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth."

"They shouldn't have opened a store so close to my work. I've gone in nearly every week. Absolutely love everything in there. Especially where they can alter trousers for free or dirt cheap at £3. And they do a decent job!"

"They use a really nasty business practice of having different prices; the price on the tag of the items and the price on the shelves. Really confusing and I ended up paying more than expected for a few items without realizing. When I complained they just said it's my fault for not seeing both prices."

"It's a really nice store with everything on the same level, it's just a shame the staff let it down. I wanted to ask a question so approached two members of staff. They were talking to each other about their job, and I stood there awkwardly for about 10 seconds until I decided to interrupt them. I shouldn't really have to be doing that."

"BIG BIG thank you to Daniel - 5 star service - he went out of his way to help make sure I got the item I was looking for, & had a real can-do attitude towards making sure I had a good shopping experience. Not sure whether you reward your staff but he definitely deserves some praise/reward! Thanks again"
