“A lovely receptionist lady who received us when we arrived we are homeless and she went out of her way to help us to speak to our council as they had booked only for two adults and two children and she spoke personally to the council to speak to them and tell them what we needed. Violeta was very friendly and served a very delicious breakfast buffet, cannot fault it in any way. I would definitely recommend and will be revisiting again in the future when in the area .”

“Great location if you're seeing an event at Wembley. Our room was basic although was enough for us, tea and coffee was provided. The staff were all excellent and very helpful. There is a well stocked bar with a friendly bar team and a nice area to relax. I'll be going back to this hotel as also good value. Nice view from the room of Wembley Stadium.”

“I spent 3 nights at the hotel at the end of my vacation in London. The staff were superbly responsive. The hotel is conveniently located opposite a very large superstore, and within walking distance of a several bus stops. Despite being full, the hotel was very quite to stay at.”

One of the team, a man, helped me go get a hairdryer when I bumped into him on the stairs on my way to reaction, going out of his way to help. Right next to tube station. Slight noise from the train tracks opposite but did not disturb my nights sleep. Would stay again.”

“First time in this hotel. In city centre, very close to public transport, no car park but Ruskin Square parking opposite the hotel and the ticket can get validated. Room smaller than expected but we'll equipped. Service great! If I remember correctly the name of the staff- Menaj- went out of his way- evening and breakfast - to help. I saw another guest going and thanking staff for the service, and said he's been using the hotel frequently and they are always very helpful. I will definitely use this hotel again.”

“Rooms as always were clean and beds comfortable. Great thing is if you are an IHG member you can ask for a free late check-out which we got, that's such a relief. Standard breakfast served and ample parking space. It's next to the motorway and no issues with noise at all. Tiny recommendation would be about the bathroom sink - it was clogged with a few hair - something to be careful about next time.”

“Great location to get on the tube to go to the main part of London. Hotel is newly refurbished. Everything was great. Highly enjoyed staying here. Close by is plenty of food and gym options and a short 20 minutes walk to Wembley arena and surrounding attractions. Veneta was extremely helpful in helping me rebook the room. I regret not staying a few more days.”

“We stayed here for one night for my nephews birthday. On arrival we were met by the lovely Raj, the Deputy Manager. Check in wasn’t til 3 but we agreed to pay a small fee for early check in. Raj kindly upgraded us to a family room with a beautiful view and also gave the kids some chocolates. He even offered to put the birthday banners in the room whilst we went shopping. Summary - great hotel; spacious and clean, friendly staff and a short distance to the nearest tube stop and shops and restaurants.”

“Stayed here while volunteering. Very nice room, bed was comfy which you have come to expect from Premier Inn. Staff were helpful and friendly and helped with all queries. Parking isn't free but can be charged to the booking if required. Rooms were quiet and meant I was able to sleep during the day post night shift. Only real negative is the door handle was a bit sticky.”

I'll take a moment to acknowledge Mr. Catalin, one of the staff members that made our stay so much better - helpful, swift and efficient, also providing advice on walking vs tube and nearby attractions. Great man. Breakfast is very basic, but could be made better by just one fresh vegetable option.”

“After reading the reviews on here I was not looking forward to staying here. We arrived at 5ish after a 4 hour journey found it perfectly. The staff was around to help withe booking in process and was at hand to help in anyway they could. The room was clean and basic and had teas and coffee available. Clean towels available. Our room was cleaned the next day and the breakfast was amazing value for money. I don't know what people want but this hotel has everything you need, clean, warm and welcoming. I didn't catch names, but everyone we encountered was positive, happy, and really friendly. They couldn't have been more polite! Plenty of staff too! Pizzas till 4am is always a bonus. The room was good. I can't fault our stay. Highly recommended for a place to rest your head whilst in London. We stayed Sunday night, 30 October 2022 for all that worked that night, big thank you!!”

“My son curbed his car at Heathrow airport parking, he had to find someone to repair it before his return journey, I can honestly say this company went above and beyond, I was the one speaking with the lovely Mo in dealing with the parking security, he finally managed to get in and bobs your uncle, I honestly thought we might get ripped off as basically we had no choice, but his invoice was very reasonable.. would recommend 100%.. thank you”

“For the price that you pay you get extreme value for money. Easily as good or better than travel lodge's i have stayed in. The TV in the room was not working, they offered me an alternative room if i wanted or said they would get it working the following morning. They did. Very good response to what could have been a negative, but there reaction to the issue and giving two options too resolve this only makes the experiance better”

“It’s a decent hotel if you’re in the area . Parking 8£ get there early , I drive a pick up and parking was sufficient! Chap at the front desk is brilliant and helpful . Location is brilliant for the area , card machine wasn’t working at the restaurant but we sorted that and they were very helpful. Didn’t eat any food but the beer was decent ! Room was fine for the price , it was clean and bedding is good ! Fire alarm went off for some reason but could just be a fault”
