"Brilliant stay, was very comfortable, clean rooms and would highly recommend with such competitive rates this was value for money at its best."
"I stayed in room 312 for 1 night on 24/11/22 and suffered bed bug bites on my face, arms, shoulders and back. I phoned reception after check out on 25/11/22 to report it and ask for the room to be inspected. To my surprise, the receptionist was argumentative and insinuated I was lying by saying repeatedly that there was no previous complaints. I asked about the investigation process and had very evasive answers. Eventually, she hanged up the phone over me after stating that even if they found bed bugs, I would not be refunded. I have also contacted customer service and still no reply more than 48 hours later. My advice is to avoid ever staying at a Travelodge hotel and especially the Clapham location if you are after peace of mind."
"Very convenient being a very short walk from Clapham Junction station. Clean and tidy,newish looking carpets. Staff very helpful setting up my WiFi and always a warm friendly smile when entering and leaving. 4 stars ( not five) because I think the room is a bit on the small side and has no cabinet to place light clothing."
"Booked for 3 days, was told to leave after 2 days due to fault in their booking system. Manager and customer services team spent 3 hours trying to sort out issue. Member of the team took it upon themselves to pack our belongings herself although we has a receipt to prove we had paid. Was left with nowhere to stay as the hotel has double booked and was eventually offered a £50 refund. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!"
