“Mr Kim went far beyond the call of duty for me during my fight with Cancer. He even personally did a couple of home deliveries by bike when I was unable to collect prescribed medication. He is very friendly and helpful at all times and I cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough. Superb service every time.”

“I collect my prescriptions from there. Staff always helpful and friendly. Ok a little boots stocked up with essential items like hand wash and toiletries and buy over the counter medication. I wanted something that was not in their shop but staff offered to order from website for me. I paid and then receive text when it arrived so could collect. it saved me going into town to larger Boots as it's other side of town. Long walk if no car. Thankyou mini Boots.”

A well run store like retail should be but these days in 2018 many people are in too much of a hurry. I think Mrs Patel senior should be in an advert for Boots as she must be one of their longest staff members and is so pleasant to deal with.”

“Small, sweet little shop. Stocks the essentials and the staff are friendly. Had my flu jab done, the gentleman (Christian) who did the jab was super friendly and kind. He explained the procedure thoroughly and made me feel at ease. Even though the appointment was after work, I hardly had to wait. All the staff seemed to be very efficient :-) Five stars.”

“The store houses a vast range of cosmetics across many brands, including vegan. Perfume options are plentiful too, and all in all, whatever you need you will most likely find it in Boots - although I find Superdrug to be more affordable, as they offer greater discounts. Compare and contrast!”

“I have been to this pharmacy for years now and I’ll admit that I can see an huge improvement since the last team left. At last the place is clean now, dust free and smell nice. The new team is friendly, fun and take the time to explain what’s happening with Pharmacy and NHS in giving us the proper informations how to obtain our prescriptions on time. I can see that they are struggling but always take the time to give us a smile and I could just come to hear the funny Swiss Man say my name with his lovely accent. Anyway good luck guys we ALL support you. I hope you enjoyed the chocolate I bought You, I know it’s a small gesture but was from my heart. Please mister Swiss man don’t judge our English chocolate.”

“Went to store today to buy a new make up brush (customer service online so slow and lacking details that was out of return window for being faulty - 2 stars to them) But I was helped in store today by an amazing no7 assistant. He gave me some guidance and support, and wasn't offended when I said it was great to see but I was ordering online (as online provided discounts). That young assistant is definitely an asset to your brand and your store.”

“i made a special journey to bexley heath for just one item.....i couldnt see it on the shelf....a staff member was near by , and i asked her. she said " if its not on the shelf we dont have it " ...in other words could not be bothered.......I encountered another staff member. and asked her.....this time , it was a very pleasant encounter. she couldnt have been more helpful.....she went and looked and found the item i needed........well....Boots if you are reading this get EVA G ....to train the rest....she was lovely ....the reason for my 5 star review .”

He helped me to decide what would be suitable and once I purchased the gift, he wrapped it, saving me a job when I got home.
