"I do love these Boots stores, so full of varied things. there is no other place like it! The service in Bromley varies considerably. Sometimes good other times extremely poor. Especially long waits at the pharmacy. But all in all, so glad that this High Street store has withstood the test of time throughout generations . And deserves good ratings just for nostalgia value."

"Unfortunately, I can never find a member of staff on the shop floor to give help, when help is required. (And for me the click and collect service, is an exorbitant fee. Plus, the app I did not find to be user friendly, so missed out on collecting my points, and when I picked up my order was told I was unable to add my points, at time of collection!)"
