“Visited the store on a few occasions. By the end of it, leaving with my first 1 piece leather suit, boots and gloves. Needed a bit of altering on the suit and they couldn’t have recommended anyone better for the job! They helped me every step of the way, no hesitation with answering endless questions and more than willing to help. They have a very welcoming team with huge knowledge and patience. The store is also incredible! Must be the best in London!! They have lockers for your helmet, great changing rooms, upstairs and downstairs and a bike to sit on and test the comfort of your gear. Recently had my first experience on track and the gear I purchased from Dainese has just been amazingly comfortable, so really happy with that! Many thanks to Dale and Tomasz. “We sent an email to enquire about booking appointments to fit ski boots back in 2019. They responded really fast with useful information: approximate cost, time it takes and the process. The whole process went smoothly when we got to the shop. The boots are still in great condition after 3 years (we ski about 1-2 weeks a year).”

Top quality all leather brogues, even offering a re soling service upon request. Assistant was extremely knowledgeable, measuring ones foot correctly and presenting different sizes without complaint. Not pretentious as some can be- made to feel welcome and valued. Extremely well made footwear , we are very pleased indeed and will return for further colours in the same style. Most comfortable well fitting shoes we have purchased for my sons awkward shaped feet! Very thoughtful assistant even polished them for us before expertly packing them in the stylish box. Five star service and products, well worth the money spent.”

“went for some running shoes - excellent range, loads of sizes available, really helpful and knowledgeable staff that took a great deal of time to help me find the right shoe. They have a running machine/video to check your gait and are very professional about it. Maybe i could have got them cheaper online - but i'd much rather buy in-store - it's worth the money when you need stuff to fit. Can't agree with previous comments about lack of staff - i went on a Friday afternoon and plenty of help available”

“Update: Best shoes I ever bought, my third pair now and the only one shoes I wear for the last two years everywhere around the world and at home. Love it! I went there many times before making the decision to buy one of their vegan shoes. Every time I was well looked after, mainly by Agnieszka and Camil. The shop is great to try the shoes however it would be nice I think to have a sort of different type or ground to see how the shoes feel on different ground, like in trek shops. I just bought the shoe yesterday so I will update on my experience another time. But I was happy with the service.”

“I collect my prescriptions from there. Staff always helpful and friendly. Ok a little boots stocked up with essential items like hand wash and toiletries and buy over the counter medication. I wanted something that was not in their shop but staff offered to order from website for me. I paid and then receive text when it arrived so could collect. it saved me going into town to larger Boots as it's other side of town. Long walk if no car. Thankyou mini Boots.”

“My favorite place in London. I got all my gears there The insulate hard shell I got there works superbly in Iceland. No matter how strong wind blows and rains, it keeps me dry in Iceland!!!
