"Service very slow. Lots of customers but only 1 staff service. Rest busy doing internal jobs. Surely, priority would be to serve customer first, so as soon you see customer you stop internal jobs to serve the customer & then go back to internal jobs. No flu jab for over 65. Why? There us mo shortage elsewhere. Knowing this one of the staff made an appointment for my mum who is over 65 years. My mum is elderly & took us sometime to get there to find that do not have flu jab for over 65 years. So ky question is why give an appointment. Staff require training."

"Staff are actually helpful both at the Pharmacy counter and in the rest of the shop. There is sometimes a short wait at the pharmacy but only because a lot of local people rely on the service and there are no other pharmacies nearby. The shop is well stocked for a local branch and the pharmacy is an invaluable resource for the neighbourhood. Easy to get to from the train station or buses."
