“Although I did not buy anything today that's not because I did not like anything. It's because I could not justify buying more footwear and considering where I could store additional footwear! Always find good quality and stylish shoes here. Pricey but you know you are getting quality here and not the deteriorating quality of other high street brands such as Clark's and others. I guess the old adage is true that you get what you pay for. My favourite formal shoes are from here and some 12 years old. Still perfectly good for use though!”

Got 2 pairs and a bag today for a fraction of the original price. Very happy with staff too. Always kind, polite, helpful at both the Marble Arch and the Westfield Shepherds Bush branches. Conveniently located as part of the local shopping centre, benefitting from their parking facilities.”

The only problem is that the shoes are nowhere near as good as the customer service! If you want excellent customer service - hands down this branch will give you the best service.
