"The other day i think ladies name was Maria, came over to no7 desk to help me an my mum, she said its not her desk but she tried to help us as much as possible while the other lady was on lunch, she was so lovely, we had pleasant shopping at boots xx"

"I love boots, especially their photo printing area where I spend up to an hour selecting and printing photos. The photo frames are also reasonably priced. The staff are always on hand, particularly the blue water branch besdie the little tucked away till at the back of the store beside the photo area. Keep up the good work. Love the points collecting system thar allows me to feel like I have not spent a penny some day when I leave with a bag of treats"

"Absolutely poor customer service today I went to purchase goods from behind counter as they have to be done near or close to a pharmacist after waiting for around 10 mins told by pharmacist that they only have one queue today and tills not open if there had of been some sort of notice I would have queued up in the prescription pick up line but nothing and then after I had been waiting for service to be told I would now need to queue again behind many others that had I come in after me want a joke I know it’s the festive season and expect to queue but at least tell your customers don’t expect them to just know or allow me to take item required to your other checkouts"

"i made a special journey to bexley heath for just one item.....i couldnt see it on the shelf....a staff member was near by , and i asked her. she said " if its not on the shelf we dont have it " ...in other words could not be bothered.......I encountered another staff member. and asked her.....this time , it was a very pleasant encounter. she couldnt have been more helpful.....she went and looked and found the item i needed........well....Boots if you are reading this get EVA G ....to train the rest....she was lovely ....the reason for my 5 star review ."

"Really nice size Boots. I'm used to little titchy ones. Well stocked, lots of brands of makeup. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Quite wide aisles, not feel hemmed in. Easy to get round in wheelchair."
