I stated it’s the same item just the leg difference. Her response was No, the reason why I use this company is because I have not much choice."

"Love this shop,found distress jeans that fit and look so nice on the bottom.Good quality clothes that wash and last.I go here every month for trendy clothes for the larger lady.The staff are very helpful in the shop,and would recommend this shop.They even do tall larger men clothes as well."

"I absoloute love shopping at Yours clothing however the Bromley Store is a whole different experience and i wouldnt return. I've been in there so many times and the staff are always miserable and unhelpful especially today. There is so much conflicting information and confusion when it comes to returns using there payment partners Klarna, Clearpay, Laybuy and Bromley seem to have their own rules compared to other stores. When I asked for customer service telephone number as there was confusion surrounding a £70 refund I was advised by a manager to Google it - surely is this not information that should be given to customers when requested. After finally speaking with customer service they too advised the store had infact given me incorrect information."
