Smoothie King

"Decided to give this place a try, I've heard mixed reviews from my coworkers but I wanted a smoothie so I ordered THREE for me and my family. Get to the window, I pay and we are only given TWO. I'm a bit confused and ask where the third one is. The woman then proceeds to argue saying that when we ordered we said we actually wanted to change one of our smoothies when.. all we ordered was two chocolate hulk variety and a third completely different banana strawberry variety. We did not change anything, it was a simple order done in less than a minute. We pulled up and keep in mind we ordered less than TWO minutes from when we received our smoothies. They did GREAT service time don't get me wrong. Now also keep in mind we had multiple people we're in my car and none of us said hey change that we don't want it, etc. Regardless we made it clear hey we want a second chocolate hulk, etc and will pay for it. She was combative and wanted us gone and out of the drive thru. And it turns out as I'm writing this from home the Strawberry Banana I ordered also has kiwi in it which is the WRONG one that we did NOT order...there are multiple varieties on the menu and they gave us the wrong one. Not so much of a big deal but my sister is incredibly picky and COULD of had an allergy. It kinda DOES matter yknow?... Also I'm not sure if she WAS wearing a nametag as her hand was covering that portion of the shirt so, yknow theres that too. Turned off ever going to another smoothie king, I'll go to sonic for a unhealthy blast if I want a sweet treat thanks."

"I've tried a few different smoothies and so far they all are pretty good, I also like that they are open in the mornings so if I go to the gym before work I can swing by here and grab a smoothie afterwards. The cup sizes for the price are very reasonable as well. Only thing I can say that isn't technically negative is the menu is a little overwhelming if you haven't been before. So def take the time to look at the menu on the app so you don't feel flustered the drive through."

"Went opening day after great service at all the other smoothie king locations I've been to. This is the first time I have received a messed up order. Not a good first impression. Will maybe try again in a few weeks but if it doesn't improve, I'll just stick to driving to the Marion location. Returned on 1/21/22 to give them another shot. Second time was much improved and consistent with the other locations i have been to. Employees were friendly and the tart cherry xtreme i had was great. Good job."

"Great staff! Friendly and upbeat environment inside the store. I went on Wednesday, 1/5/21, during the free smoothie promotion. I received my smoothie super fast despite there being a large about of people at the store."
