"What even is this? Oh, it's "cheese sticks". This isn't the first time either. I'm done paying for burnt bread. Edit: Mark took care of my concerns and is working to correct the ship at this location and acknowledged reaching out to say hey we messed it up and are remaking it for you would've been a lot better than just delivering it anyways. [Which I agree, I would've been completely fine with that and waiting a few more minutes, that's very understandable!]"
"Place was very clean and the staff was very nice and polite and helpful and I was their to get a delivery order but the kept me up on the estimated time for the food to be ready for me"
"Very dissapointing! I ordered a pizza online and was supposed to receive the pizza at the time that was posted.I drove there to pick up the pizza at the time I was given.The pizza was not done they had to throw it in the oven to cook it.The guy working was rude also.I had a 100$ bill I guess he thinks all 100$ bills are counterfeit he was very rude about it.I don't think I will ever order from this pizza hut again it's always a bad experience there are many pizza places here that have great customer service and you don't have to wait for your pizza when it's supposed to be finished you receive the pizza and get to go home.This is pizza hut needs better management and better customer service and for the food to be done at the time you are given not 20 minutes later.Just awful I don't recommend this pizza hut.Its the worse one I have ever ordered from it's always a issue I'm not coming back I will spend my money at a professional pizza establishment from now on!"
"I took my son to get a small pizza not realizing the time I came before it even opened. The gentleman asked what I needed and said they aren't open yet and I said I'll come back. He asked me the order and when I came back at opening time it was already to go. Very prompt and polite service. My son said it was the best pizza he's ever had"
"Worst experience ever. Will not go back or order again. Order a pizza that I couldn't customize at all. Pizza also looks dried out. Wings didn't have any sauce and delivery took 2 hours. Tried to call and kept getting put on hold. Obviously management doesn't care about customer service or the experience people get. I dont want a generic reply like you give everyone else. It's not going to fix the issue or change the problems."
