Newby's Pizza

"I’m not one to usually write reviews but I just had to after my order tonight. I ordered a hand tossed pepperoni pizza, BBQ traditional wings, and cinnamon sticks. There was a very small mix up that was resolved easily but I just have to brag about how above and beyond they went to make things right and to make sure I was happy. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a business go as far as they did to make things right. On top of phenomenal customer service anything I have ordered from them this time or in the past has been very good. Their wings are absolutely bomb! In my opinion some of the very best wings around. The cinnamon sticks were awesome. I think I might order extra icing with them next time just because I love a lot of icing but they were by no means skimpy on the icing as they came. Any of their pizzas I have had have been extremely good, made with good quality ingredients! The only thing that I think they could maybe improve on is on the hand tossed pizzas (I haven’t tried the thin crust) they could use to maybe cook just a little bit longer but they aren’t doughy or anything I would just prefer them a little bit crispier. As I said I highly recommend Newby’s! They have incredible customer service and delicious food!"

"I called and ordered over the phone for dinner for four. We ordered cheese sticks, which was the right balance of cheese and crust! We also ordered a thin crust, which was crispy and thin, with the right amount of cheese and sauce. Lately, the other competitors have skimmed back on the ingredients. So far this place is fast, hot and good. My family enjoyed the pizza, and we had no lovers! The guy taking the order had trouble hearing me but stayed professional and polite. We worked through it! Would recommend."

"Ordered a large pizza, meatball sub and a chicken Parmesan sub, and it was fantastic. It’s some of the best food I’ve ever had. You guys are gonna give the rest of the pizza spots in Carbondale a run for their money. From now on I’m not ordering from anywhere else. I would highly recommend Newby’s Pizza 5/5"

"Drive through, carry out, delivery. Went inside and was greeted by a friendly person at the counter. Ordered Chicken spinach calzone. It was made fresh and quick. You can watch them make and bake your order. It had awesome flavor. The customer area is small with two benches to sit on while waiting. I will return."
