"I ordered the family meal deal with extra breadsticks for my class holiday party. The food was good, but the breadsticks were a little soggy/flat. The kids liked it, though!"

"This visit was so so much better than my last visit. The staff was very kind and helpful. The food was hot and fresh. I didn't feel as if I wasn't wanted (like my last visit, where they were rude and hateful and demanded we hurry up so they could close). I am so glad we decided to try the Carbondale Fazolis again. Staff last night deserve to be recognized for their services!! The seating areas were clean and tidy. The drink station had a bit of a mess going on but after he brought our food, the young man noticed the drink station and he came right back and took care of it. He took pride in job and did his job very well. Big shout out to that crew last night!!!"

"At the drive-through, my order was incorrect. I did not want a sugary drink, but the order came with a drink. I asked if they had unsweetened tea. They said yes. When I got home, what I got was sweet tea. When I called and said I got sweet tea, he said I had to get a drink. I asked if they had unsweetened tea, and he said they did. When I finally made it clear, my drink was the opposite of what I ordered. He said a curt non-sincere, sorry. Then went silent. I asked if he was still there & I could hear talking in the background, but no reply. I tried a few more times to get a response, but all I could hear was the background talking. I finally gave up and hung up the phone. I do not consider that good customer service or even courteous behavior."

"The food and initial service tonight was excellent however; my husband started choking during our dinner time and I told the lousy manager who just ignored me and my husband and walked away. Fortunately, I saved his life or I would have to had to call 911. None of them staff members seemed like they cared. I’m traumatized now by this whole situation and until that manager is fired I’m not going back there. What if you were the one choking and no one cared?"

"Great place for cheap pastas and Italian fast food fare. I went today with two others and we all thoroughly enjoyed our food. We were served quickly. The food was hot and tasty. The man who took our order was friendly and efficient. We ate in, the tables were clean and the restaurant was well lit. Pretty impressed this is one of my first times trying this place out. I got the smoky bacon Gouda bread sticks, my friend got a turkey club submarino, and my other friend got the 2 for $6 spaghetti w/ meat sauce w a slice of pizza"
