"We have been ordering from them for years but the last several times costumer service has been awful. They seem to have gotten a new computer system, since then orders have been mixed up every time. Tonight called and tried to place a order and they informed me they don't deliver to my address. Delivered here before but fine then guy on phone said that their phones were bad and hung up on me. We liked their pizza but won't go back now."

"Primo's is an independent pizza shop in Carbondale, Illinois. I prefer their thin crust "tavern style " pizza. Their original crust slices are tasty, but often, the cheese slides off the slice. As a person who grew up in NYC, I like a foldable slice. If the crust on the original crust slices were a little crisper, that pizza would be excellent. They do sell single slices at lunchtime, which is not common in town."

"The store messed up my order and I was credited a free pizza I came last week Thursday and the guy had a nasty attitude so I didn’t even order I’ve been back twice this week still no replacement for my order they messed up. I came in today now the system is down and even though this guy knows they owe me a pizza he says he can’t. I’m sorry but id rather go to Quattros where the customer service is great u can dine in in a nice environment and the pizza is delicious. Matter fact try Newbys they may have better customer service also."

"Holds its own with any great pizza joint. High quality cheese, fantastic sauce, and their "original" crust (most would call it hand tossed - not too thick or too thin) is perfect. We order at least once a month, and have never been disappointed. Always amazingly good!"

"This place offers the usual items you will find at many pizza places but those calzones are delicious, huge, and filling. Took the family here and they all enjoyed their meal. Two ordered individual speciality pizzas, chicken bacon ranch and a Mediterranean, while I tried the Italian calzone and my son a Frisco one. We all shared cheese sticks and ended up taking home an entire calzone as we were only able to finish half. Helpful staff that stays too busy to bother u while u enjoy your meal. These boys were hard at it feeding their crowds."
