“The food here is of exceptional quality. Everything was beautifully cooked and presented with thought and care - all delicious and great value. An excellent drinks list, including great local beers, too. It's a rather peaceful, calm place (so you can actually hear people talking to you!) although full of diners when we were there - some might not like that, but I did!”

“I had the crispy chicken leg with fried rice, teriyaki sauce and pickled carrot and radish with some cucumber and my brother had chicken pho. Food was delicious and fresh. Im new to this sort of cuisine as I’ve never had Vietnamese food but this certainly won’t be my last visit. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they were humorous and just plain delightful I would highly recommend.”

“What a find! Food delicious I had a cheeseburger was one if the nicest burgers I have ever had. My fellow diner had tuna and cheese toastie. Definitely going again and will take our dog next time. Give it a go..not open on Monday's though”

“The best food experience in Hull. Great vegan options. I tried the vegan omelette for the first time today and oh wow, it's a new favourite! Beautiful! The chip spiced hash browns are so good and I love the little shortbread cookies that are served with all the hot drinks (and they're vegan too!) And would also recommend the tofu bacon. Really great quality ingredients and love that the vegan options are made with homemade items rather than fake meat products. Great value for money and big portions! Also love that Nibble is dog friendly and they offer doggy sausages.”

“I can't speak highly enough about this restaurant. Sheer quality in every respect, with a huge emphasis on 'taste' in all respects. Each staff member takes great pride in how well they provide their service. The owners have certainly created an environment where quality and enjoyment is important to everyone. Having finished our lunch and taking a stroke around the environs we bumped into one of the chefs gathering herbs in their cottage garden. He generously gave if his time to talk about the various herbs and their uses. Yet another highlight of the day for my wife - a keen gardener.”

“Stayed at westfeild Country Park with some friends and managed to book a table here, wow amazing food ,we even booked a table again the following night could not fault it one bit ,excellent service and friendly staff the pub was set out beautifully we have even said that we would travel the distance just to eat here again I will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends and family stunning”

“Had a chasing family history weekend which led us to the Crooked Billet to which we had some connection in the past. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic. Steak was cooked to perfection. Something for everyone on the menu. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.”
