“Excellent atmosphere and service. Food is so quick to come around and plenty of options to choose from. Even better if you have a birthday meal here as the sing song from the host is excellent and makes for a very entertaining and memorable evening. The waiters are all very attentive and make sure your evening is just as you wish. Excellent value for money - if anything you’ll struggle to keep up with the pace of the meat options circulating the room. Would highly recommend to anyone!”

“Excellent good quality breakfast here at Hearth which is located opposite Hull Minster, you have a great view of the Minster from the restaurant. The bacon was perfect, a proper cumberland sausage, Hash Browns were the best I’ve ever had. If you want a better quality breakfast then I can recommend this one. I’ve photographed it for google streetview so you can look around it.”

“It is a little hidden away and doesn't look like your traditional Italian restaurant however, you just have to sample the food. Three of us had a carvery and we all agreed that it was the best carvery we had tasted in years. The meat was so succulent and tender, the vegetables were cooked perfectly and Francesco did 2 things that 99% of restaurants don't do and that is use fresh ingredients and season their meals. I can't recommend this place enough. The staff are lovely and the atmosphere is so calming. Lovely clean place with amazing food.”

“Lovely Polish restaurant although not in the best location you couldn’t fault the food. It was simply delicious, service was quick and the waitress was helpful in choosing a pierogi starter followed by the most amazing pork cheeks which was cooked to perfection. The pork was so tender it literally melted in your mouth. We finished with a really tasty chocolate & rum ice cream. We are definitely going back… an experience not to be missed and very reasonably priced, highly recommended.”

“We decided to give this place a try for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration and we booked a table for ten people on a Saturday night. It was the right decision with all six adults and four children being well pleased with both the main course and desserts and returning ten clean plates from both our courses, so nothing to take home for the dogs. There were three vegetarians among us and they had a good selection to choose from, and the carnivores among us were also presented with a good variety of options. We didn't have starters, so I can't comment on them, but I would imagine it would be similar, judging by what we were served with. The bottom line is excellent food, in a pleasant and roomy space with a good selection of menu options at a reasonable price, all served by attentive staff and plenty of on-site parking. We'll be returning next time we want to dine out locally.”

Authentic Thai food, packed with flavour and sure to leave you full and satisfied. We've brought family here and converted them to loving Thai food. Our place of choice when it comes to eating out in Beverley. Vast array of veggie, vegan and dairy free options. they also do takeaway. Food is second to none.”

“As always, an absolute pleasure visiting the guys at the Madras. Me and the Mrs have been dining at the Madras for years and decided to visit again on Saturday for our anniversary. Greeted by lovely staff who always make you feel welcome, the restaurant has an authentic, relaxed atmosphere and is a pleasure to dine in. The menu has been updated since our last visit and one thing I would say is that the spice ratings which are colour coded are a little difficult to differentiate in the restaurant lighting, we were fine but other customers may struggle. Our food was superb and full of flavour and the portions sizes were perfect. We had a mixed sizzle starter to share which was more than enough for us both not to spoil our mains. We both opted for a Curry which was perfect, the spice just right for us both. We'll definitely be visiting again in the near future, the Madras never let's us down and restaurants like this are hard to find.”

“We were a group of 7 and Mutahir, our server was very welcoming, always kept a smile on his face, and gave us excellent recommendations. The starters were delicious as were the mains, specifically the garlic chicken. 10/10 for the food and 10/10 for service. Its a little gem and I would highly recommend it.”

“The restaurant was quite empty, and the owner said it is midweek, which is a shame. This was our first meal here and it was beautiful, we both thought it was one of the best we'd eaten for a while. It's also very reasonably priced. Was operating from an old menu, but the owner did say he was bringing out a new one, so we will definitely be back to try it. “My colleague and I went to Al Porto Italian restaurant on Thursday and were blown away by our food! The restaurant has a really nice, chilled out vibe, but still holds a level of class. I had the duck liver to start followed by the best risotto I've ever tasted. My colleague had the garlic prawns to start and the spaghetti carbonara for his main. All of the food was lovely”

“We had a beautiful meal at the Millhouse on Wednesday, the food was beautifully presented which was Salmon Omelette with a salad and chips. It wasn’t only the presentation of the food that was lovely, the staff were brilliant too. My friend and I had two assistant dogs, one in training. Normally , when we go out for a meal together we are placed near a cold door or somewhere inconvenient to us as a customer. However, this wasn’t the case at the Millhouse. We were shown to a table by the window and the staff could not have been more helpful. We really enjoyed our meal and will be back.”

“Had a lovely meal here with my family. Lovely food at reasonable prices. Staff sat us down observing distancing and restrictions on at present. Food quickly arrived and was lovely and hot. Non spicy for me as i have sensitive pallet and like bland stuff but family love all the hot stuff. Food was tasty and moist. Bottomless drinks and bottomless ice cream are a must... yummy. X Toilets clean and well kept and checked regularly . Loads of parking on a timed basis so dont spend hours gabbing or a meal here then cinema or you may get caught out . X”
