"Absolutely shocking, ordered first time asked for the chips well done; got home they were barely cooked. Came back straight away and placed a new order (stressed can we have the chips well done) and they were exactly the same. Gone right downhill since Tom stepped down his ownership, such a shame as it used to be the best"
