Curry Honda Georgia - Service Center

"I checked the oil level before the service was due and it was three quarters of an inch above the fill line, so on my visit on my next service schedule I asked the service advisors to let the techs know not to overfill. They went ahead and overfilled it anyway. I also needed a tire rotation during my visit and it wasn’t completed even though I was charged 16.99 for it I went back to the dealership to get this issue rectified but I was told the shop foreman rejected the request. I’m taking my business elsewhere in the future. I have attached pictures of the dipstick. I have also included a picture of the page from the owners manual that clearly shows the correct fill levels. I will contact Honda motors directly for an advise what to do next. ***UPDATE*** 2/19/2024 So I directly contacted the dealership PR manager with the email that they listed here on 2/12/2024 to discuss the issue further and I still have to hear back from them. They were quick to respond publicly though."

"Get my service done here for my Honda accord all the time. Very attentive, well let you know what's going on with your car and if you want to opt in on fixing even that they find. Comfortable waiting area with coffee and vending snacks. There is a quiet room that will give you privacy if needed."

"2018 Odyssey, water leaks from the roof. Can't open the rear door cause of the water damage of the controller. I paid over $1600 for the repair. I will never buy Honda again. Promise!!!! And this is the result of your repair! It's not opened fully...what did you do?"

"I never leave reviews but I had my oil changed here and it was great. The customer lounge is big and clean and I didn’t even mind waiting. TJ was my advisor and he explained everything thoroughly and he was very kind. When it was time to pick up my car it wasn’t where it was supposed to be, so TJ went to get it for me and brought it to where I was. Service was excellent, will definitely get my maintenance here again. On another note, I also came here last year after my car was broken into. Had to contact Honda directly to get a window because they weren’t even being produced separately yet, but they were fantastic and quickly shipped a replacement window that I was able to pick up at Honda Curry. The service was also good that time, but I had a great time changing my oil so I decided to leave a review now. Thanks TJ!"
