"I had my oil changed early December 2023, and within 3 weeks all the oil had leaked. My engine was empty within 500 miles because they did not place the drain plug back correctly. They could have killed my engine. And worst of all the phone number doesn’t even work."
"Went by for a simple synthetic oil change at 6:30 pm only to be told that they are “closed”. It’s clear on the door, the website, and google that they close at 7 pm. His excuse was they “have to clean up”. Clean up after 7 pm like every other business with clear open times. First experience with jiffy lube and definitely my last."

Everyone who works here has always been courteous, professional, and respectful of their customers’ time. We don’t ever feel like we’re being upsold, but if they notice a genuine need, they will make recommendations for additional work to be done, but never in a pushy way. I strongly recommend this JL location, especially as long as it’s being managed by Pablo."
"The guys here are amazing, they go above & beyond! I pulled up and I only had 15 minutes so they gave me an oil change right away and on top of that cleaned out my car and vacuumed it out, I didn’t realize until I got home! So sweet! Thank you guys! That made my day because I meant to do it but don’t ever have time!"
