"I never leave reviews, but I’ve brought different vehicles to wrights and they’ve always done right by me! Their turn around time is very satisfactory, both times they were able to diagnose my car the same day and depending on the repair able to fix it and have it ready the same day as drop off. They’re very honest and upfront about any price or the repair before they do the work. If you’re looking for a mechanic in the Atlanta area I highly recommend them."

"I'm in absolute awe of the experience I've had here today, and not in a good way. I brought over a new vehicle for a checkup in the afternoon. I had called a day beforehand and asked for an afternoon slot, and was advised that bringing it first thing in the morning would be better, but was unable to do so because I didn't get ahold of the vehicle until noon. An hour and a half later, I called for a simple ETA on the inspection, and was rather rudely told by the man on the other end (who turned out to be the owner) that he hadn't looked at the car yet, which was fine. He then told me that this is why I should've bought it in earlier in the morning, but like I said, I was unable to do that. Until now, I've never had a problem with checking in with Wright's when my car was in the shop, so I decided to voice this on Google, which I am perfectly entitled to do. I got a call from the owner demanding that I take it down, and I just hung up. Then, I get an angry text from him saying that because of my review, he won't be looking at the car, and he will no longer accept my business. Cool, I wasn't planning on coming back anyway based on how he spoke to me. When I returned to the shop to retrieve my vehicle, he wouldn't give up the keys until I assured him that I took the first review down. I actually reached for them, and he snatched them out of my reach so he could get the last word in, telling me about how my review could hurt his business.Yeah, that's literally the point of leaving a bad review, and do you really expect me to feel sorry for you after you send me a hostile text and then proceed to antagonize when I come to get my car? What an absolute bully of an owner, and what immature and unprofessional behavior. Clearly this guy has issues that he's allowing to spill over into his work. I'm glad I can now bring my business elsewhere."

"Wright’s is awesome! Dealership told me to replace the engine. I got a second opinion from David and Juan at Wright’s and turns out it was a much easier and less expensive repair. It is so refreshing to not feel like you’re getting taken advantage of. I’ll be returning to Wright’s!"

"Did a Google search, found this place and the reviews were good. Decided to give it a try. Needed to know what was wrong with my vehicle, and if worth fixing. This company looked over my vehicle at no charge and gave an honest assessment of what was going on. Samantha was great, greeted me kindly and explained how things work around there. After all was said and done, it wasn't worth my while to get my vehicle fixed. Money saved and very grateful. Services were not used beyond this point. Overall, pleased. When service is needed. Thinking about heading that way."
