"Focused on service. This is a rough looking little place that offers way better service than you would expect. They checked with me in line and told me how long it would be. They offered free water while I'm waiting in the lobby. They were quick and offered some suggestions about things that should be looked at. Normally, it seems like these people are trying to overcharge me, but they offered a 20% discount for seemingly no reason. Up to now, I have avoided jiffy lube because of some bad experiences I had more than a decade ago. These folks seem friendly and genuine. Often, I change my oil and fluids myself. I watched as they checked each one. I feel good about having them change my oil again in future."
"I’ve been to many other Jiffy Lubes in my life and stopped using them years ago after several bad experiences. This particular location in Chamblee is outstanding, though! My wife and son and I always receive top-notch service and the employees are courteous, engaging, and competent, and so we’ve now been customers of theirs for several years. "Service was fast and easy. Would recommend for that purpose. HOWEVER… they said it would be $109 for my oil change. Then I presented a $25 coupon and somehow my oil change came out to $130 before my coupon, all of a sudden. Basically added an extra charge for no reason once I told them I have a coupon… won’t be going back."
