"The place was filthy inside and out. The garbage was so full in the front it was running along the side of the building. They had signs up saying they only accepted credit cards and didn't take cash. The staff didn't seem like they wanted to have customers. I will never return here."

"Had problems with my car dragging when I started it. Stopped in to have the battery checked. The guy couldn't do it because it was raining. I bought a new battery and took it home to change it. When I opened the hood I found one of the connection between the terminal and terminal cable loose. Tightened it and all good. Went to return the new battery and they said no returns on electrical and that was posted. Where you ask? On the back of a poster facing away from the door that was not visible coming or going."

"Basic customer skills are lacking. No acknowledgement once you walk through the front door. The employees didn't even seem like they wanted to be there. Store inventory was lacking and disorganized. Prices seemed higher then other stores with the same inventory."
