"Took prius there and got my catalytic converter stolen while car was in there possession and had to pay for half after negotiating with them. They didn’t want to pay anything towards it. I paid over $300 for them to inspect, and didn’t even hire them for the work to put in a new hybrid battery bc it would have been $4500. Highly recommend you go anywhere else if you have hybrid car bc they only had one hybrid tech. If you have an issue with your prius hybrid battery they will just tell you you need a new one for $4500 bc they don’t do any repairs on them. So save your $ and just assume you need a new hybrid battery or find someone else that knows more about prii. It took two weeks to inspect bc I told them to take their time bc it was second vehicle, and it was during COVID shutdown. It seemed like it was no issue to leave it there until a convenient time for me to pick up. In their defense I left it there for a month before picking up after that initial two weeks, and that’s why they didn’t want to pay for the stolen catalytic converter. Regardless of my bad experience I do think you can find someone better if you have a hybrid."

I cannot recommend them enough. 2/1/2020 I went this week for my oil change & was- as always - so pleased with the quality of service. I know I can trust them completely.
