"I got approved for an apartment this past weekend on Saturday evening after applying on Friday. Today I decided to go into the leasing office just to sit down and speak on what next steps I need to take and also possibly change my move in date. When I went in I was welcomed by a leasing agent whose name I’m not sure of but he was welcoming. But then someone else came in in the midst of us talking and the assistant manager told the leasing agent to assist the guy who came in and took me into her office to go over my move in date and so forth. She came of very rude and condescending to the point that I am rethinking moving into those apartments now. Definitely left a bitter taste in my mouth. I don’t understand what’s so hard about being kind and friendly especially to potential residents. That makes me feel like this could potentially be a terrible community to be a part of. I don’t know… hopefully I can be proved wrong. When I first went to tour the apartment I was welcomed by Ciara and she was friendly and polite. I wish she could have been the only one I spoke to throughout this process but unfortunately when I called and also went in today she was not available."

"I waited 3 weeks after my move in to write this review just so I could give a fair review . My experience hasn’t been the most pleasant thus far . Prior to my move in I was told certain things would be fixed and taken care of . My tub needed resurfacing it wasn’t even painted before I moved in. However , that was taken care of 3 days after I moved . I was told that my patio would be pressured washed because it had green stains and spider webs everywhere and the outside windows are dirty but that still hasn’t been resolved. I pre ordered a washer and dryer 1 month before I moved in . I was told that would be taken care of . Fast forward 3 weeks into my lease . Still no working washer and dryer. as a new resident everything should be done right the first time that way we aren’t constantly bothering the office with request or at least within a couple days of moving in . Management should make it a priority to ensure new residents are happy and comfortable. Hell , no one even did a walk through with me . I don’t know where nothing in the neighborhood is located ! I have to text me friend who referred me for help . Lastly , it’s the non answering of the phones for me . I have called several times and left messages but no one ever returns the calls . You have to physically walk to the office for help which is ridiculous. I understand at times office staff is busy or helping others but this is all the time . No one ever answers . I recommend hiring a staff strictly for phone services if you guys are that busy . Other than the broken gates the neighborhood is decent . I’ll see how the next couple of months treat me ."

"I've never been more excited to have moved out of a place than now. I was ready to move the first week after seeing a mouse trying to get into the trashcan that's set outside for mandatory "valet trash". I was also ready after killing more roaches than I've ever killed in my life (regardless if your place is clean). Live, big, and flying roaches or as pest control put it "waterbugs just coming in for water." So if you don't mind sharing water with them, then this is the place for you! I should've taken the difficulty management puts you through moving in as a sign. Another headache was the package hunt you have to do when expecting a package if the mail carrier doesn't feel like putting it into the locker, even though you're paying for it. Having rusted and old falling apart appliances upon move-in was also not nice and even a move-out fee. The only pros were it was quiet, the 2 bedroom layout wasn't that bad, and maintenance was pretty quick with requests."
