"I booked by mistake through Expedia and tried to cancel within minutes of making the reservation and the hotel told me to contact Expedia, I did and they contacted the hotel, they refused to cancel and give me my money back. They are hard up for money and want it for service not rendered. Free money for them. Do not recommend."

"I wrote a review and it disapeared. Room 102 first day dead bugs on carpet and carpet dirty. No bed bugs because I checked. Booked again, same room but on the wall under desk large brown recluse spider. I was terrified but killed it. That morning, went to the bathroom came back another Brown Recluse Spider on the wall above my pillow. These spiders are far more dangerous than bed bugs. Told front desk, she then spoke in spanish to one of the housekeeping staff who said. I SEE NO SPIDER WHEN I CLEAN. I showed the pics of the spiders that I killed. ZERO CONCERN. Was I asking to comp the room? NO! Warning to the manager/owner this pecticular spider is very dangerous if a guest is bitten. If you take a shower, or if anyone in ajoining rooms take a shower, it sounds like a train going through the room. Hotel Not safe for single women. This is a truck stop! It is also a pump and dump place if you know what I mean. I worked for a pest control company. I know bugs, insects, snakes, termites, spiders, and Bed Bugs. "Manager" it is your responsibility to make sure your guest are safe. Note to Hotel/Motel Guest. If you have been bitten by bed bugs and received no response from management. There is a registry to report the hotel. Provide the name of the hotel, they day you stayed, and the room number. Not going back. However loved the new hire from South/ North Carolina went out of her way to make me comfortable my first visit."

"One of the worse rooms I've stayed at and I stay in choice hotels 5 to 6 days a week for work. Beds are extremely hard, all you feel is spring, burn marks all over. The chair inside the room had stains all over it and rips. The ironing board lol. That has some stains on there and would be shocked if anyone actually uses it. I do agree that this place will need to be shut down, and fully rehab. Going to make a call in the morning. If you going to spend money doing upgrades, spend the money to get new furniture and beds. My question is does anyone even read these reviews"

"The front desk white lady w tattoos is disgusted disrespectful and attitude. I booked the room and she said I can’t rent because last time was destroy. It wasn’t true. I came to the mexican looking maid lady, and she is completely rude. She lied to them about what we have done. She doesn’t even care since I have a baby son standing outside during the heat. I couldn’t be able to enter the room since they took out my money ! Do not book this place!"
