"I DO NOT recommend living here. Dog feces everywhere even though there are stations throughout the property for pet owners to pickup and discard poop; bug infested apartments even though they charge extra for pest control; dirty and smelly vestibules from pet urine and trash being left out since the valet trash company is inconsistent; extreme rent increases; gate is always open/broken; rude neighbors and poor management. The first day I moved in, I met another resident in the parking lot outside my building. She was waiting on Suwanee Police to arrive to report that someone broke into her car overnight, along with several others. I was surprised with all the police cars parked throughout the property. I guess the criminals know its all for show. November 2021, my upstairs (3rd floor) neighbor moved out and all hell broke loose when the new tenants moved in. They run, stomp, throw things down on floor, smoke (I smell it and they have set off fire alarms several times late at night). I called and reported all this to the office, even had the courtesy officer come out when the alarms went off in hopes he would smell something and do something, but nope. The neighbors outsmarted him by pretending to be sleep. How do I know? Management called me and told me. Manager even suggested that I was mistaken and it may have been some other tenants in another apartment who is doing all these things, as if I cannot hear and tell that the noise is overhead. All because they seem like nice people and she didn't want to falsely accuse anyone, but assured me an investigation is underway...REALLY??? It never happened. I moved out in May and they are still there doing the same stuff. Previous complexes nearby where I have lived would have fined and/or not renewed their lease, so I advise you to rent from other apartments in the area with better management and better living conditions. Also, don't expect to get back your deposit, even if apt is immaculately clean. Management will find a reason to keep it."

"I moved into the Pointe at Suwanee Station apartment complex in late spring of this year with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare due to an ongoing roach infestation. I have noticed roach problems in my apartment since July 2023, and despite multiple maintenance requests, emails to management, and visits to the front office, there has been no improvement whatsoever. Discovering roaches in my apartment has been incredibly distressing, as they pose a significant health hazard and make it impossible to be comfortable in the apartment I pay over $1500 for every month. Despite keeping a clean unit and having minimal items in my apartment, I find anywhere from 3 to 5+ roaches every week. I have never experienced anything like this in any apartment complex I have lived in around the metro Atlanta area. I have reached out to the management team through various channels, including in-person visits and emails, but my concerns are not being taken seriously. The leasing staff continues to send pest control without relaying the message of concern for an infestation. Each time pest control visits my apartment (which has been about 5 times in the past 3 months), they only spray with the same chemicals over and over again. When I came into the leasing office to ask if they would be able to escalate the concern, the property management staff informed me that they would reach out to the property manager. However, the following week the same method of spraying was used. As a tenant paying rent, it is my right to live in a clean and pest-free environment, and I have done my part by reporting the issue and cooperating with maintenance visits. However, the lack of concern or willingness to eradicate the issue from the Pointe at Suwanee Station management has left me feeling ignored, helpless and repeatedly exposed to potential health risks. In addition to the roaches, there have been a number of maintenance issues that have occurred frequently as well. Issues with the AC and toilet not working, door jams falling off, and potential patched water cracks in the wall have been my experience. I find myself completing a request far more frequently than I ever have before. Although the maintenance team is typically quick to respond and pleasant, I am left wondering about the safety and up-to-date status of the apartment complex. All in all, I strongly advise anyone considering this apartment complex to think twice before signing a lease here. The complete disregard for tenant well-being and living conditions is unacceptable, and I hope my review serves as a warning to others seeking a comfortable and pest-free living environment. Your thousand-plus dollars in rent can be paid somewhere else where you are not working double as pest control in your own living space. Attached to this review are SOME of the roaches I have found in my apartment most of them ALIVE when I sprayed them to death. As you can see in the picture, the roaches are at various points in the roach life cycle which is further cause for concern. October Update: After posting this review, I went into the office and was finally offered escalated treatment options, in particular fogging the unit. It has been a week since management stated this treatment would be done and its hasn't. Today there was a teen roach running from what I think was a crack in the wall IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY. Based on my experience and some of the other reviews, I believe this living community has an untreated infestation. November Update: Apartment was roach bombed. Seeing about 1 roach a week now. This week the trash was piled for about 5 days and trash valet did not pick up trash for 3 nights. Hoping not to see an increase in roaches because of this."

"I moved to GA for school and I have enjoyed this apartment. It’s a nice quiet place so I enjoy studying at home. They just added pickle ball courts which I love!! It’s a great stress reliever for me. I have a dog too and he loves walking around the complex with me. There were some initial issues, but maintenance resolved all my concerns in a timely manner. And shoutout to Indy who works up front! She always makes me feel welcomed and well informed."

"I just moved here from California and I love it so far. The amenities are endless and I love how peaceful the property is. There’s several eateries and shops nearby, along with a church nearby. This place feels safe and clean. I’m also enjoying the valet trash service. As for the inside of the unit, the garden tubs, crown molding, and marble countertops are my favorite. I also love the lighting in the unit. The staff has made my experience fun already. I’m excited to see what else this living experience brings."
