Symphony at Suwanee Creek

"Looking for a property to live and I have to say that Symphony at Suwanee Creek impress me a lot. Great location, beautiful and save place to live. Absolutely loved the tour that Mirtza G gave me. She was friendly, kind, professional since the beginning answering all my questions and guiding me. I was very happy from the time I met her."

"My plan was not to write a review but after reading a few, I thought it was great to share. I read a review from Zeta and sadly I had a very similar experience. I arrived for a tour that I scheduled earlier in the week. When I arrived , I was half greeted and told that they don’t do reviews that early… I thought that was odd considering this had been scheduled for days. The tour was very mediocre and the rep did keep highlighting making 3x the rent. I thought that was very odd considering if I searched the apartment online and booked an appointment then I must have also done my research. I wouldn’t tour something that I can’t afford. I’m writing this because as another reviewer wrote, she mentioned that she was new and was in the first office as well. Reading this, I’m starting to think she was racial profiling and assuming that you can’t pay the rent or qualify. I really loved the unit but here we are and she has yet to send me the follow up email that she promised. Diversity was represented throughout the community so maybe she just assumed , I’m not sure but I really hope this community either does some training or coaching because this behavior is unacceptable and there is a pattern identified in the reviews listed for this community ."

"Only move to this place if you like being woken up in the middle of night by a faulty fire alarm. They say it’s from someone smoking or vaping in the hallways, but I refuse to believe they would do that ALMOST 10 TIMES in the span of 4-5 days. Then they say “they’re working on it” even though that defeats their “smoker/vapor” narrative. How about instead of spending tax dollars on your own lavish lives, invest it in a better fire alarm system? I’m so glad I’m moving away in a few weeks. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SLEEP !!!"

"(EDIT) •01/03/24 3:16AM Make that 6 times Fire alarm went off AGAIN We called 911 and the dispatcher said the alarm was malfunctioning and that a fire engine was already dispatched My dog is traumatized and skittish now!!!!! If I get another email about “oh someone was smoking blah blah in the breezeway” it’s not going to be fun for this so called “World class living” as advertised online •01/03/24 1:25AM I’d have to say this is very troubling. Everything was fine when I moved here a little over a year ago and now it’s a nightmare. This is the 5th time being woken up to a false alarm with maybe 1% of the building actually coming outside this time. What if there’s an actual fire next time? I have to go to work in 4 hours and I’m lying here wide awake, while management is getting some good sleep. I pay way too much rent to be going through this cause of a faulty system. Station 13 can concur cause it’s the same crew that responds every time. I go to work worrying about the false alarms cause I have a dog that now gets extremely skittish which she just started from all the alarms. I go to sleep PRAYING the alarm doesn’t go off randomly. Maybe spend more time on this matter instead of putting banners in the front of the apartments, because I’m sure new residents would like to move into a “luxury” “quiet environment”."
