"property looks nice, got approved a few months ago, paid all the necessary fees, was supposed to move in first in August, then after a phone call, in September, then October will be not ready again..c'mon. Ordering and postponing furniture delivery from stores and explaining to them every month that there is no actual place yet to deliver and set up got really embarrassing. So as much as i was thrilled to move in here , same i feel opposite now, won't be doing it..sad"

"I have been watching this unique 55+ cottage community shortly after they begun construction while walking a dog in the area, and knew I wanted to live there w my mother who has Alzheimer’s and is depressed where she is living. It’s perfect in every for us both. I first met the leasing agent, Amber, a few months ago and she gave us a tour with no pressure. My mom then got cancer and Amber checked in w me, not only about leasing but how my mother was. So I went back and choose a large two bedroom plan that has no stairs. The appliances are all new, beautiful and made by brands known for working well. I walk the area often and have met people who have already moved in and they love it. Today I received approval from Amber. She is one of those people who are professional yet you feel you could sit and chat over coffee. She appreciated the unique situation I was in and has been positive and pleasant through the whole app process. I was thrilled when she called me w the good news. As to living there, I’ll have to add To my review later"
