"We have had a good experience here for the most part. The apartment is clean and haven’t had any pest issues. Quiet community, very nice pool that we haven’t used yet. Valet is consistent for the most part. I do find it to not be very child friendly, as there’s a lack of ramps throughout the complex for strollers and no playground or general kid area. I also wish they had a clubhouse or something to host small events. Gates have not been operating properly for months and packages get stolen frequently."

"RENT AT YOU OWN RISK! We lived at Provenza 2yrs plus. We stayed because it was close to my husbands job but finally decided to move because the utilities and water/sewer were super high and no one could give us an explanation. We were also told that you get charged for the pool water in your utilities. I never used the pool. The last straw was that we did not receive our deposit back even though we left the apt better than how it was given to us. We were told the final charge was for utilities and we still owe another $75 after our $200 deposit was applied. Even the manager said the amount of water, sewer, etc. we were paying monthly was way too high ( over $150 on top of the high rent). I was given a ledger of the charges but this still does not explain why the charges were so high. In conclusion, there are a lot of hidden charges and when you ask questions you get the run around or conflicting information. We have been renting for years and living here was the worst experience ever! Not worth paying almost $2k for a small 2 bedroom. The only thing that made it pleasant to live there was Ruben, the maintenance manager. He was the best! We are so glad we left! Will never rent from Greystar again!"

"*6 MONTH UPDATE* To be honest, too much hasn't changed from my first review. I made an excellent pick choosing Provenza at old Peachtree, my home. I haven't experienced or seen any crime-related issues since I lived here. The gates are always functioning correctly. Grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations are less than a mile from here—easy access to the interstate, comfortable and quiet community. Provenza at old Peachtree has excellent amenities like; Valet trash, Dog stations, Car care center, 24/7 package room, Fitness center, Pool, Walking trail, Grilling area, Amazon hub locker, emergency maintenance & more! Thank you, Ally Silva, for being so kind and helpful with my move-in process. You were professional & answered every question I had before filling out the application. Thank you, Abbey Hayes, for managing the property safely during this pandemic. Lastly, thank you, Luis, for keeping the landscape beautiful & addressing any work-orders I had in my apartment. And to all the staff I did not personally name, THANK YOU SO MUCH, I really appreciate you. Leonard Mosley"
