"Where do I even begin.. I started my therapy journey a few months ago with Aimee and wow, I wish I started therapy sooner. This is my first time going to therapy as an adult and I was very nervous, but right away Aimee was welcoming, kind and made me feel comfortable. I explained how I have a hard time describing my feelings or going back and talking about things that have happened because of my memory with it all and she was and is great at asking questions or explaining things further in detail when I need it.
