"I am giving no stars!! First a waited way beyond my scheduled appointment. But that could be overlooked..... till the next more important issue. I went in for a basic mammogram, with a prescription from the Dr. Office. I have insurance it is fully covered through the ACA. When I received my explanation of benefits it showed I owe $942.00. They told my insurance company the imaging center is on my network plan but the Dr. Who read results is not!! That is F-ing laughable...and totally illegal. STAY FAR AWAY"
"I am looking for a new facility and have been given some recommendations from friends. I took the day off today to get a mammogram and an ultrasound.. This morning, there was a message saying I needed to reschedule, the Tech called in sick. Very inconvenient for me. After 15 years I will not be returning to this facility. This is not the first time and I am not a fan of the whole call center approach for appointments"
"This place should be closed down. Because of their inefficiency, I ended up having to have two lots of mammograms, and two lots of ultrasound. They are rude, and have no clue as to what they are doing. Do not go to them, there are much better places in town, where you are treated as a human being."
"These people are literally morons, now I see why they have so many bad reviews. I called to make an appointment for an ultra sound and the girl said to me what is the name of your Doctor from the walk in clinic. I stated I don't know it was a walk in clinic and she then stated that their policy is that I cannot make an appointment without the Doctors name. The lack of common sense from these idiots rises to a whole new level of stupidity."
"Waited almost 45 minutes for a routine mammogram while the technologist had lunch. It then took over two and a half weeks for them to send results to my primary physician. They required another full exam. Can't get an answer on why it took so long......not impressed at all. I suggest using another imaging company!!!"
