"I was sent here by workmen's comp I come in and a while later a white woman walks in and ask how long will it be she has to go back to work. The receptionist tells her it's only tech the lady starts complaining about having to get bk to work and won't wait all day. A few minutes later they call her to the back. I ask how she gets to go before me and the receptionist tells me oh she has an appointment too so what I was here first and he appointment was after me (I seen on the sign in sheet) I ask for a office manager and she rudely told me she would call him then said he would call her bk. It's sad and very unfortunate to still be treated like this racism is still very much real"

"Very happy with this place!! I had an Ultrasound for my abdomen region, which required fasting. Unfortunately I screwed up the dates and had Covid, so I had to move the appointment. Nicole helped me each time on the phone and deserves a raise! She was so understanding and helpful. Today I had an 8 am Ultrasound, and I showed up 20 mins early. They already had everything prepared, took my information and right back for the exam at 8 am on the dot. I am so sorry I forgot the tech's name, but she was a very sweet Asian woman with short hair. Her bedside manner was great and she talked me through the whole experience. Very happy here and recommend it for any diagnostics you have!!!"

"I have been a patient here for 10 years. And was happy...until the last visit, approximately 10 months ago. I was there as a result of an auto accident. And I provided them with all of the information. For my auto, and then my secondary insurance (health insurance). They never collected my copay, because they told me they had to file with auto, get the denial, then file with health insurance. 3-4 months go by and I get a call from a collections company representing this very visit. I never got an invoice, I never heard from them after the initial scan. When I called the company directly, they had nothing to say. My PI attorney contacted both Univ MRI and the collections company. They still reported me to the credit bureaus and messed with my credit score. After 10 years of being a loyal patient, I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Despicable. Don't waste your time. They don't care about you here."

"Waited on hold for much longer than the "estimated wait time" reported. Eventually reached someone for scheduling. While working just to make the appointment it became obvious that, for whatever reason, my call was simply being seen as an undesired interruption of this person's time. After further consideration, I realized this likely indicated the level of care my family member would receive if they were to be seen there. I thanked the office but that they could disregard the request. I then called elsewhere and set up the appointment without issue."
