"Shante...YOU ARE THE BEST!! Lately I have been needing a lot of lab work done. My left arm cannot be used. I was extremely nervous and I didn't make an appointment. I waited 7 minutes (!) that's it. Shante intraduced her self and before I knew it; ...I was done . I didn't feel anything . This location is the best!"

"I don't usually write reviews but the reviews for this place were so poor that it made me hesitant to come here. However, I didn't really have a choice so I made an appt and made my way over here this morning for some blood work. I was so pleasantly surprised but how nice and quick of an experience this was. I made an appt ahead of time (HIGHLY suggest doing this) and used my QR code that was emailed to me to check-in at the kiosk. Within 5 minutes I was already being called back for my appt (right on time) and was in and out in under 10 minutes. The office was nice and clean and my Phlebotomist was very pleasant and quick (I believe her name was Robbie)."

"Quest Diagnostics need to seriously review the patient treatments at this facility. It has terrible reviews and here's my experience. I was a walk in today and on check-in the system advised of 20 minutes wait. There were 5 people in the room when I came of which 2 were walk ins. 3rd lady who (came in on crutches) had an appointment but accidentally checked in as a walk-in. In the next 2 hrs! waiting I've witnessed the following: 1. Elderly lady with an aid (walk-in) spent over 2.5 hrs waiting and finally left. Any effort to ask employees of what the wait time will be ended up in careless "don't know. we may not even be able to take you.. go and read the sign upfront that says make an appointment" and "we don't know how many people are in front of you". 2. Lady with crutches tried to explain that she did have an appointment (had a code, time and location on her cell) no one bothered to take her in and she continued being treated as a check-in (aka waiting!) Poor this was propping her post operated foot the entire time. 3. A nice couple came in with an appointment and after seeing this obnoxious behavior by the facility staff, when called, asked for a lady with the operated foot to be taken before them.. guess what THEY LOST THEIR APPOINTMENT. An employee just slammed the door at them without even dignifying them with a response. I left after 2 hours of waiting and the waiting room looked like there was going to be a fight. People were FURIOUS! Someone needs to address this location and their staff. Drastic change from their other locations in Boca. Terrible, just terrible!"

"I’ve been here twice recently. Once for me and once for my son. I was hesitant to come to this location because I have read some negative reviews on here - but both times I was in and out quickly and everyone was professional and kind to me/us. Today, especially, my 4 year old got blood drawn for the first time and I wish I had gotten the phlebotomist’s name because she was so extra kind and had a very soothing demeanor while she worked on him. She told him many times throughout that he was doing a great job. He didn’t cry until afterwards and she made sure to give him (and my husband and I) stickers to help calm him down and distract him. I’m so grateful for her service."

"I was inspired to write a review based on all of the negative reviews of this place. I suffer from a chronic illness, so I have to get my blood drawn regularly and I always choose this location. The employees are the best. Always professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 5-10 minutes with an appointment (and usually that wait was because I was early). On multiple occasions I have been to this location and witnessed patients asking the staff to go above and beyond for them while treating staff like garbage. Then they probably get on here and write a negative review because they couldn’t push their weight around. Treat others the way you want to be treated. This location is great and I have recommended it to others who use it as their go-to for lab work. Just leave your attitude in the car."
