"Do your self a favor and locate a difference facility . They are horrible . I waited five weeks for the appointment. It’s my third time there every time they have a different issue it feels like no one wants to work there. I truly feel horrible for women that have an actual issue and have to deal with them. I got so annoyed I canceled my appointment and moved to a different facility."
"The front office staff at this location are beyond terrible. They lack professionalism, and are just plain lazy. Good luck trying to get them on the phone. You get the same message that you are number #1 in queue and wait time is 7 minutes. I am currently on hold for them for 55 minutes and counting. Please hire staff who genuinely want to work and take pride in their work as well."
"I was very disappointed that I was there for two hours. I’ve never been there that long. Just a lot of waiting around. And then, when I asked for my receipt, I was told I had to do it after the appointment as opposed to when she was taking my credit card and handing me my credit card slip. Just wasting more of my time, which unfortunately is important to me. I have been going there several years. This was the first time it was so slow."
"Before they expanded and moved locations, they were 5 stars. Since their expansion, they no longer read results while you wait. If additional images are needed, you have to go back again. Billing is terrible! Again, since their expansion, they always over charge me my co-insurance amount, and it takes many months and phone calls to receive a refund. Every time I call, I'm told to call back in 30 days. I will never again pay anything up front to this facility. They can bill my insurance first, and then bill me my portion. If that's not acceptable to them, then I will go elsewhere."
