"If I could give 0 stars I would. Received images from abdomen ultrasound the next day! Sounds great right? Wrong! No report attached. Spent hours on the phone for 2 days after signing a release on day of imaging . The doctor who ordered the ultrasound did not receive results. Talked to many many people and got responses like…”sometimes we send them and sometimes we don’t “ and “I never heard of that doctor so I can’t help you”. This was the most unprofessional joke of a medical facility anyone could EVER think of. STAY AWAY!"
"Since Baptist healthcare has taken over, the Center is now charging all Medicare patients with "provider based billing", which is basically a charge for walking into the center, or any office building on hospital property for a doctor visit, and for which insurance doesn't cover. I saw my physician in March and was billed both for an office visit and for walking into a facility because it is on (or near the hospital). I will be going offsite for all my subsequent care."
