"Absolutely the worst. I have made the mistake of making appointments here twice. The 1st time I waited an hour and they at least apologized and gave me a $10 Panera card. The 2nd time which was recently on 12/6/23. I had a 5:45 appointment and was there early. At 6:15 I asked the young lady at the desk if they were running late as I had a 5:45. She replied that thast was my arrival time, not appointmwent time. At 6:45 I told her I was going to leave and she told me "go ahead, leave". At that point I asked her for her manager and she told me that they had left for the day. I asked for the name and number of them so I could call the next day. She picks up the phone, walks away and 5 minutes later pops her head out of the back and called me in. At the end of my CAT Scan I wad told there was a problem with the DVD-R and I should come back the next day for it. When i walked in the next day the same young lady with a big smile asked me by name how I was today. I asked for the manager and had a private conversation to tell them what went on. Today I went to my Dr. for a follow-up and to add insult to injury i was told that Impression never sent the report to him. I had brought the disk with me so crisis averted. I will never use this location againg even if I am dying. I only made the appointment there the 2nd time because the facility in Tamarac (which is closer to home) could not fit me in for another week. Next time I will wait for Tamarac. Use this facility at your own risk."

She went over and above for me! And to the amazing Isiah, who, amazingly, knew how to get into an impossible vein for the PET scan! I can’t thank you all enough!"

"The Boca facility was really fantastic. From the initial call I made until the appointment, the patient care was truly excellent. The phone was answered promptly, my questions were answered by a very friendly employee who provided me all of the necessary information and I was able to be seen for a PET scan within 24 hours. The receptionist was polite, the technician who performed the test was efficient & professional. I would highly recommend this facility and although I hope to not need to return, I would 100% return to Impression Imaging in Boca."
