"Very impressive experience,well organized,trained personnel with nice personalities and each procedure on time. Easy access to facilities,including self parking. No crowds,and felt it was quite private!"
"I was scheduled for a nuclear whole body bone scan. I got there early as I had read there was construction at the site. That was a good move. They had complimentary valet parking but I parked at the wrong building. The valet parking team drive me over to the correct building which I considered to be extraordinary service. Inside the the staff were very friendly and professional. When done with my procedure I was driven back to where my car was parked. If you’ve never been there before, I would recommend arriving early as it can be very easy to get lost. Overall, a good experience."
"I was very nervous about the particular procedure I was receiving. I must say every person from the front desk where I checked in and Chloe, the radiology technician were excellent. Chloe was extremely compassionate and caring and made me feel at ease explaining the whole process step by step. It was so nice to have someone like Chloe who really showed how much she cares about patients and making me feel comfortable. Having the skill set is very important but what I feel is most important as a patient is an individuals "bedside manner" and Chloe is that person. I hope Chloe receives special recognition from my positive feedback because she definitely deserves it!"
"The reception representative was very friendly and quick to sign me in for my CT scan. They called me in slightly ahead of my appointment time with no waiting. The technician was very nice, put me at ease, and started the imaging immediately. I was escorted back to the waiting room. Overall, it was a very professional and pleasant experience."
"Usually I’m treated like a number that ends in 666! I’ve NEVER had a bad experience in your establishment. Brittney, Megan and Dr. Stein were a bundle of joy and made the hours long process so much more bearable and I’m a very positive human being.
