"Overall we have been content here for the past 11 months. Initially the office staff was very helpful and communicative. The past several months we there have been changes in management and maintenance which has made getting things fixed in the apartment sometimes a challenge or delayed responses. Better communication would make all the difference from management to tenants. The apartment complex overall is quiet, neighbors are respectful."
"From the time I applied (with Gina) to move in I must say it has been a pleasure! The ladies I interacted with were patient, warm, and they knew their job which made the process flow even the "oh no" moments. Lol. I never felt rushed. My emails were responded to in a timely manner with detailed information. Fransheska covered for Gina a couple of times and I never felt a disconnect and my questions were answered. Great team work. A bonus was when I was scheduled to move in. I was falling behind due to traffic and rain but Ashley waited by the phone for my every update on a Friday evening. That is what caring for your residents is all about. Thank you All!"
"We have really enjoyed living here. The neighborhood is beautiful. The rent is crazy high though. We probably won't be renewing our lease because of it, but besides that the actual apartment, land, and amenities are great. Also, after reading the other reviews I can agree that we have also struggled a lot with ant and roach problems. They offer treatments every Wednesday, but it isn't fixing it."
"I recently visited the Sanctuary and immediately began a lease process. My family was delighted with the community amenities, the location, the schools and everything this community has to offer. The rental agent handling my process is Ashley Rojas (in English or Spanish). With patience and a lot of agility she has made a lot of effort to offer us the best experiences.
