"The apartment management is very cooperative and maintenance is very efficient. For emergencies the maintenance is available 24/7. There’s ample parking space which is well-lit at night."
"Good location for UCF student, family-friendly with pool and walkable pathway. In my 3 years here, every 2-3 months have pest control, A/C checkup, and fire alarm check. They'll inform you through email beforehand so it's very convenient to include in your plan. Btw don't place your thing outside, learned the lesson after one bicycle disappear. While living on the 1st floor with a baby, insect during summer is what I'm concerned with. Luckily, with good hygiene and pest control, I've only seen big red ants so far, and very few sightings of roaches. Problem with building maintenance like the fridge and main AC, were quickly solved the next day. Thank you Eshrak and team. Would totally recommend University Apartment."
"Is a good place, quiet place, close to 408 and 417, 20 minutes from I 4 highway. You have everything you need accesible, schools, university, shopping centers, supermarkets and restaurants. It also includes cable and internet. It has affordable laundry room service and monthly rent. It’s a nice and calm place to live with a great service."
"University Apartments has a family atmosphere. Is a very peaceful place to live with nice neighbors. The internet and cable are included in the monthly rent. With great service, clean surroundings and affordable monthly rent. It’s also close to everything you need. Highways, schools, universities, supermarkets, gas stations, shopping centers, restaurants and the Oviedo hospital is 13 minutes away."
"I spend 3 years at The University Apartments and I have to say it’s a great spot to live in. The apartment is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. It is the apartment with the affordable monthly rent in that area also comes with high speed spectrum internet and basic digital cable TV, AC and heater. The easiest location to commute from if you work or study at UCF. When necessary, maintenance issues are handled effectively. Maintenance staff and manager always fixed all of my problems on their earliest arability, mostly the next day only."
