"Would not recommend staying at this hotel. I was highly disappointed with cleanliness of my room. My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights in a two bed king suite, the first night we were there we found a bug bed in one of the beds, and someone's toenail in our other bed, we slept on the pullout and went down the next morning, at 9am they had offered to switch our room, we weren't able to get our room switched until 2:30pm. The bathrooms are also so small your legs touch the door on the toilet and you're unable to open the door unless you're standing off to the side."

"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Definitely not worth it at all expensive for nothing, you have to pay for breakfast, parking and amenities, cable barley even work & has so much static & you have the nerve to charge $17 per day for it??? Should have went to comfort inn."

"This hotel is a great stay for the value! It offers convenient transportation to Universal Studios, and is half the price of neighboring hotels while being equally as convenient and just a TAD bit more outdated. Honestly though, those staying this close to the theme parks are likely only going to be in the room to sleep (as we were). Upon checking in, staff were SO friendly and quick. They provided a complimentary upgrade and took the time to explain the hotel amenities. The rooms were mostly renovated, with the exception of the bathroom. The bathroom tub/shower was in need of some love (the valves were pulling away from the wall, and the drain was the kind you have to pull all the way out by hand (old). Those are minor setbacks as far as I’m concerned. The vast savings, friendly customer service, and renovated remainder of the room make up for the smaller and antiquated bathroom by a mile."

"I arrived early morning from out of town, and I said I was attending a conference there, she had no knowledge of this conference which is fine. She says, your room is ready and that will be $50 early check in fee?!?! Seriously. Room is ready and then you want to charge extra just to check in. Thanks, but no thanks. I will take my overnight bag to the conference room. So, if you are hosting here, be aware your attendees may experience this as well. I understand you cannot always check in this early as room may not be ready....however, I did not request early check but then to say it is ready and $50 please is poor service. Cost the hotel nothing for me to drop my bag in there for convenience."

"We checked in late at night at hertz screwed up our rental & we were delayed at the airport a couple hours. The staff were incredibly nice & helpful. Just mentioned our experience at the airport & they wanted to give us a discount to help us have a better experience on our trip. Lots of parking & nice rooms. It was quiet in the hotel so we were able to sleep. There’s no breakfast & there’s a parking fee -I’d say those are literally the only two negatives, but everything else Lee more than made up for it. It’s so close to universal studios that we walked over every day & saved on parking. The hotel also offers shuttles to & from the park. If you’re staying late or going to Halloween horror nights it may be better to just walk back. Overall great experience"
