"Great location and plenty for kids to do in the pool, arcade and water park. Close to everything but also have everything you need on the property. The bars close too early to enjoy a beverage if you’re working all day. Breakfast was okay but the specialty beignets and shrimp and grits definitely helped to enjoy it. The pullout bed in the couch is really just a foam pad with springs, use the couch cushions too."

"Great value and location. Water Park is very nice, largest in the area. Service is good no issues here. Rooms are OK but need better ventilation, quite musty and need to open the windows. But overall great experience!"

"Great location and pools were nice for kids. They tacked on extra fees once we arrived they said for parking and taxes and our room was a handicap room with a open shower so bathroom was super wet the whole time. Overall was ok stay but would probably look around before booking a stay at coco key."

"We bought day passes to the water park in December. My family had a great experience! There was truly something for everyone in the family. Facilities were clean, pools well maintained and HEATED, friendly staff, and a nice food and drink selection. I would definitely bring my family back!"

"Had a good visit with my family. The staff work hard for an enjoyable stay. Whenever I requested an item, I had it delivered to my door within 10 mins. The life guard staff were very attentive. The hotel is dated as it was built awhile ago. The resort is in a great location. Restaurants and convenience store, laundry facilities on site. The arcade is nice when the weather is not so great. Rooms are also a good size. If there is one thing I could change, it would be to install more hooks in the room so families can hang towels or swimsuits to dry."
