"Check in was a nightmare. It took forever. The room was so outdated and smelled funny. We were booked for a 3 night stay. We cancelled the 2 nights and stayed elsewhere. At least we were able to cancel our 2 days with no charges. The bed was old and terrible. It was a King and me and my boyfriend kept rolling in the middle. The room seemed relatively clean."

"This was a great place and had great amenities and stores. Just wish they update their rooms and modernize them a little more. Furniture looked old and dated. Carpet gave room a musty odor. Cleaning service was great! Just change carpet and furniture please. Everything else was GREAT!"

"You will have the basics covered but don't expect a fancy room. The bathroom sink is larger than most which is nice for all the cleansing and makeup items. The room is dark and could use better sink lighting in the bathroom. Overall a good place to stay if you can get a seminar rate."

"Stood in line to be checked in for about 30 minutes, and this was well after dinner hours so the crowd was gone. About the rooms...The beds were rock hard. My back is still recovering from those uncomfortable beds. AC unit definitely needs to be cleaned. I woke up with all kinds of allergy issues. I wouldn't be shocked if there was mold in the AC. The toilet was a small child sized toilet. The shower was broken and dripping water 24/7. The refrigerator wasn't even cold at all. Horrible experience but great location. One of the nights we tried the buffet thinking we could save some money since the restaurants around were so expensive... nope, the buffet for 2 people was just as much as the 5 star Italian place across the street. And there is all of 3 people working in the buffet. The chef, the waitress, and the guy who cleans up the plates/tables. Sometimes I had to sit for 10 minutes waiting to get a refill on a drink. I can confidently say if you are a person who isn't bothered by the quality of a place and you only want to save money per night than this is the place for you."

"I have stated this hotel for four straight years, it is extremely close to everything. Which is where my business is always handled. I have never had bad service of any type including the restaurant. Every waiter or waitress in the restaurant and hostess have always been polite. The food is always been great. The rooms are clean. Smell good and are always set up with everything you need from towels to soap to shampoo. I highly recommend you use this hotel. The price is very affordable."
